July 25, 2015 Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament Wadsworth Volleyball Courts, Pismo Beach, CA Cecilia Agraz of Century 21 hosted a super fun volleyball tournament at the Wadsworth courts in Pismo Beach! There was a weighted draw and winners recevied prizes! All proceeds benefited the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation.
June 7, 2015 A Day at the Beach Tiana Beach Activity Center, Hampton Bays, NY Castle in the Sky held "A Day at the Beach", an event to benefit the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. The event consisted of a 5k & 10k walk as well as a sandcastle competition that will began at 11:30am.
May 27 & 30, 2015 2nd Stella Productions: Next to Normal West Bank Cafe, New York, NY 2nd Stella Productions presented the Tony Award- and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical drama NEXT TO NORMAL by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey. A portion of every ticket benefited the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
May 8, 2015 2015 Dave Green Golf Outing Glen Dale Golf Club, Glen Dale, MD David Green Memorial Scholarship Fund for their 2015 Dave Green Golf Outing. The course is about 10 minutes from Bowie and will have a shot-gun start around 1:00 PM.
March 14-15, 2015 Stop the Stigma Lee's Hoagie House in Abginton & Horsham An effort to raise money for the 1 in 4 Americans suffering from Mental Illness at Lee’s Hoagie House in Abington & Horsham. Customers mentioned that they pledged to “STOP THE STIGMA” and 15% of all proceeds were donated towards the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation.
March 7, 2014 5th Annual Remember Johnny Charity Event Serrano Park, Orange CA

Creating awareness and  funds to help find new schizophrenia discoveries and treatments. In loving memory of Johnny Lindenberg. Proceeds benefit the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation

February 23, 2015 Cabaret at the Triad, Little Fish, Big Apple Stage 72 At The Triad, New York Little Fish, Big Apple told the story of the challenges an artist faces when chasing their dreams in New York City. The show offered audiences the opportunity to experience the talents of singer Carman Napier as she delivered songs that are close to her heart.
February 11, 2015 Fundraiser to Benefit the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation Killarney House Irish Restaurant and Pub, MD Killarney House is located in the suburban area of Davidsonville Maryland about 20 minutes from Annapolis. Folks were able to enjoy a delicious meal while raising money for the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation!
November 9, 2014 Team Daniel 5K Run/Walk For Mental Illness Pt. Washington, NY Team Daniel consists of members of the Laitman family including Daniel who lives a productive life with schizophrenia and his parents, Rob and Ann. On Sunday November 9th, Team Daniel hosted their 2nd Annual "Team Daniel 5K Run/Walk For Mental Illness". The Starting line was located at North Hempstead State Park in Long Island, New York”.
October 19, 2014 Inaugural Charity Ride in Memory of Lydia Torres Long Beach, CA Mary found us online. Her mother, Lydia, or referred to by her friends as Lila, suffered from depression and bipolar disorder. She committed suicide in 2013. Possible annual event. She wanted to see how the first year would turn out. She was pleased.
September 14, 2014 Go The Extra Mile Hike & Walk Nescopeck State Park Maya wanted to design something a bit different than the traditional walk, to perhaps stand out among the large number of other fundraising events in the region. Thus, the trail hike was born.

August 22, 2014 Chrissy's Wish Memorial Golf Outing Manorville, NY In memory of Christina Rossi, and to honor all those continuing their struggle with mental illness. The 8th Annual Chrissy's Wish Memorial Golf Outing featured a BBQ lunch, 18 holes of golf and dinner. Proceeds from the event were donated to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
August 16, 2014 Hike for Mental Health NJ-PA, Appalachian Trail Leo and Tom aim to increase public awareness of the challenges faced by those afflicted by mental illness and their families and to increase public appreciation for and responsible use of wilderness trails. Most of the funds raised go to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
August 10, 2014 Memorial Event: Vincent Amoroso: Casino Night Broomall, PA A casino night to celebrate the memory of Vincent Amoroso.
June 26, 2014 Cruise for a Cure Fundraiser Alexandria, VA Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider, is hosting a boat-ride charity event along the Potomac River. The firm has chosen the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation as their charity of choice for 2014.
June 9, 2014 A Day At The Beach Hampton Bays, NY Activities included a walk on the beach as well as a sand castle contest, music, refreshments and raffles. Hopes to make 2015's event more "child oriented" since most people come with their families.

May 27, 2014 Crochet for Cure Boston, MA Jessica crochets three to four scarves weekly, photograph them, and post their photos to the Crochet For Cure's Facebook page to sell. 50% of profits are donated to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation through our website.
April 26, 2014 4th Annual Let the Sun Shine Run/Walk Cold Spring, MN Created to honor the memory of Jonathon James Robbins who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and depression and committed suicide on April 28, 2010 at the age of 22, proceeds of this event benefit the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
March 28, 2014 Tufts Dance Crew (Tufts Theta Chi-Epsilon Theta Chapter) Cold Spring, MN Tufts Theta Chi put together the “Tufts Best Dance Crew” competition, where various dance and performance groups on campus came together to showcase their talent for a good cause.

Aug. 4, 2013 Racing the Planet: Iceland Iceland This is a self-supported multi-day run/trek that goes 250 kilometers through the country-side in Iceland. We will be carrying packs that weigh between 8-10 kilos, and running or walking between 40 and 67 kilometers a day, 5 days in a row.

Featuring: Big Kite Flight Show presented by Michael Niven; Sand Castle Building by Matt from "Sand Masters" (on The Travel Channel); Kite Decorating for the kids with Charles from "Let's Fly Kites"; Music and  Refreshments.

Adonis Los Angeles, CA "Adonis", a new play by John Steele Jr., centers around a young psychiatrist, Andrew Conners, and his experiences with his first patient, Adonis. It brings the audience into the world of the play, treating them as guests at Adonis' funeral, and through Conners' memories and narration, takes them back into the facility where Adonis lived.
