Hakon Heimer, Editor of the Foundation’s Schizophrenia Research Forum, is receiving this year’s 2011 Media Award by the ACNP (American College of Neuropsychopharmacology). The award recognizes the innovative approach of this free web-based science news forum that offers accurate and up-to-date information on current schizophrenia research to family members, students, researchers and educators. The award will be presented by Dr. Eric Nestler, who serves as both Brain & Behavior Research Foundation Scientific Council Member and President of the ACNP on December 5th at the Annual ACNP Meeting in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
